About the Role
Designing and creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and online ads to promote the ballet school and its classes/programs.
Developing and maintaining the ballet school's website, including creating new pages, updating content, and ensuring the site is user-friendly and visually appealing.
Designing and producing performance materials such as programs, invitations, and backdrops, as well as creating videos and other multimedia content to be used in performances.
Photographing classes, rehearsals, and performances, and editing and organizing photos for use in marketing materials and on social media.
Creating and managing email campaigns, including designing templates and graphics and analyzing performance metrics.
Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as event planning, administrative work, and customer service.
Requirements
Proficiency in design software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, with a focus on creating visually appealing and engaging materials.
Experience with photography / videography and editing software.
A passion for the arts, and an interest in ballet and dance.
Flexibility and willingness to assist with other tasks as needed, such as event planning, administrative work, and customer service.

Through Vaganova teaching methods, we aim to cultivate students’ technical capabilities in classical ballet while nurturing their artistic growth as dancers. Further, we strive to strengthen pupils’ whole-person development by the education of moral standards and ethical values alongside professional ballet training. This is accomplished by a carefully constructed combination of routine classroom learning of dance, music and painting, on top of community outreach activities, performances and competitions.
