Young Dancer Program
The training program is based on the Vaganova method.
Content: ballet technique, pointe, repertoire, pas de deux, body conditioning, character, Chinese dance, and musical theatre.

Primary
Age 7-12
The Preparatory level is a preparation for the Vaganova training system. In this level, teachers incorporate floor work to develop strength and flexibility. Students learn to articulate and coordinate different body parts of their bodies to strengthen muscles and develop a sense of balance. Basic concepts of the positioning of the arms and feet will also be introduced. The class further encourages freedom of expression and imagination.

Intermediate
Age 9-15
The intermediate level is a progression from the primary level. It introduces more advanced vocabulary in terms of barre work, centre practice and more complexed turns and jumps. Class work, designed to strengthen and build the correct use of muscles in the feet, legs and upper body, will be more demanding and repetitive. Students will practice more pointe work for classical repertoires.

Advanced
Age 15 or above
The advanced level prepares students for a career as professional dance artists. It consists of advanced and intensive training to prepare for stage performances and competitions in classical and contemporary work. Students will work with different artists and choreographers to gain experience of working in a professional dance company.
