Service Description

Ballet fitness class is based on classical ballet, body conditioning and pilates to provide a cross-training for adults. Ballet fitness class begins at the floor-barre to barre, where exercises are performed to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles; improve balance; and develop a strong core. Class is designed to improve health and fitness through simple ballet exercises, choreography and body conditioning.
